Oh no. The undercut is not working for me.
Okay. I went to grandma's house the last sunday. As usual, I was very bored. Luckily I brought a book along to keep myself entertained. Soon after, this little boy above, my little cousin, came to play around with me. He always like to peep into my stuffs and I would always try to shake him off. He asked if there were any games, photos, music in my phone, and I told him white lies. haha. I can't imagine if I let him had my phone. He likes to sit on my laps, but I refuse. The second time he tried asking, I said yes. And he even commented that my legs are like lorries? He treats me like a lorry and he said he's the driver. haha. "hilarious".
School bookshop business is prospering. haha. Business is extremely good this week. I guess is due to the flow of secondary 3 students. We were struggling at first, because things were quite messy then. However, everything's within our reach now!
Tuesday was an awesome day! Is was some sort a family outing. We went for breakfast together, later, was going into the market for fish, meat, vegetables. Well, that's what housewives (my mom) do right. We came back home, washed up and very soon, we headed to JP for ICHIBAN SUSHI. At first, I thought my mom was cheating on us when she said she's bringing us to have sushi. But it came true. haha. And I saw Zeling and Charissa at JP as well. I made a promise with my family, saying that I would treat them to a Sushi feast at the end of this month. :D On the same day, I bought my korean language book and CD. I have already started with the learning. Is interesting. No matter how hard it is to pick up korean, I will learn it this time round :D Please wait. I will speak to you in an alien language that you can't understand.
Ever since, I've bought the korean book and CD, cards, papers, ribbons, sequins, pegs, all the art and craft materials, giving my brother tuition, I knew my december wouldn't be wasted. I have let the last two weeks just flew off like this without accomplishing anything. I will not repeat the same mistake again. I'll do everything and anything to make myself occupied and satisfied. |

I may just decide to get a red laptop as well. haha.
I spent money again! :( Bought a notebook at ArtBox for $15.90. I think is expensive. But nevermind, it's my first item from that shop and I think is quite worthwhile, since there are many many many pages. It certainly looks great. I still lack a few items before I can start with all the cards making for my dear friends, and teachers, also, to decorate my photoalbum. Im going to do some sort of scrapbook for all the photos that I bought from the school for the past 4 years. Plus, the most important thing that I have yet to buy from Popular, is the book and CD ROM that teaches me korean langauge. I checked out the prices just today. Sixty bucks? I think it's quite a bit of investment. Hopefully, I pull through it this time round. Im not going to give up halfway, just as I did for my guitar. And you know what, I just find it hard to pick up guitar again without a tuner? Anyone has it at home? Can you lend it to me for a few days? haha.
I have been 'chasing' dramas lately. Cruel Temptation. I jumped all the way to episode 60. I am just interested in how this woman has her revenge on the bastard man and bitchy woman. hahaha. Go go go en cai. You have my support! (lol) One should live with dignity. That's the least you should do as a human.
*btw, there isn't anything called the 2nd placing or 3rd placing for Prom king and queen nominee. Is just Prom king--Elsen, and Prom Queen-Huiwen. Just the king and queen, nothing else. |

Now, I can't wait to get my books. I want to learn korean language so desperately. Holidays are way too boring now. And for all you know, I just wish 2010 can come soon. I wish for school to start. Hopefully, I can buy myself some good books to feed my infested mind. It's rotting like shit. There is no work tomorrow. Gosh. Why!!! Why can't the malay festive be pushed back further? This would mean that I earn another $30 less. :( That also tells me that I have to face the two idiots at home. Aggravating.

Sometimes, people just can't understand our predicament. I mean, I really mind what you guys say about prom because we all had a hard time planning it. So it's not just a few days kind of matter. is 300 days of organisation, and careful thoughts. I would dare to say, what's asked from us was done. Is not that we're not hiring external emcees, but they are caught up with their own plans, and what's more, you need money to hire these people. Don't you? The programme wasn't smooth because, emcees who had the biggest role did not do their job, so what do you want us to do? Scream their heads off? And I suppose a crown wouldn't be of much use. Isn't vouchers much practical? You can use it to buy something instead of a crown that plays no purpose. Well, I have to admit the play list sucked to the max. That's our fault. I totally have to agree with Benson that survey results are not trustable. They are the worst thing of all. Cheaters. People just don't take surverys seriously. And what's so good about you guys ticking the option of $70-$80? So did you guys even buy a ticket at all? Well, I have to say all this in order to make myself feel better. ALL has gone to waste. There are no memories. |

I heave a sigh of relief. Im glad is all over. And felt really comforted when people say that prom night was fun for them, at least our efforts wasn't futile.
I only had a few mouthful of rice. Sipped a little of drinks. And that was my dinner. I couldnt force anything down my throat at that point of time. It was so hard to concentrate eating and enjoy myself when there were so many crop up. And I don't think it matters anymore.
Once again, thank you for those who came and hope that you have enjoyed yourselves.

Im clearing my emails now. Actually, most of my emails are made up of proposals, programme tables, things regarding the council. haha. That's how I lived my entire 2 years, slogging so hard, yet I have to say, I quite enjoy doing that. Now that O levels are long over, our 'prom mission' has ended as well, I don't think I'll have anymore things to work on. And I have no more goals for the time being. I actually feel rather sad about it. No idea why. I think I just miss those days.
I have no idea what on earth was going through my mind the entire night. What was I even doing?! Please stop this! |

I've been still quite obsessed with these despite my tight schedule. Work and prom, more work and more prom. haha.
For one day after the Prom rehearsal which was on a friday, we went for dinner at Tiong Bahru Plaza, E18hteen Chefs. Food was quite good, and the people there were quite entertaining, the credit all goes to Cindy. Reached home really late that night. I worked on the programme table, wrapping of prizes and etc and slept at 3.30am. I was really impressed with myself actually. I broke my record of only able to stay up till 1am. lol. In fact I was really high. I was still wide awake.
I shall bring my family there some other time. :D
Okay. Now more photos coming up. Went for a "charity run" RUN FOR HOPE. Actually I walk for hope instead. I strolled my way of 4km right from start to the finishing line. :D I couldn't run. And thank goodness, it was a beautiful morning with the sun shining so brightly. And today, I just realised, east coast park is really huge. The stretch is so long. 6000 plus people participated in this event. hmm.
Tomorrow is prom. PROM PROM PROM. One whole year of planning for just a night. I hope we, batch of excos 2009 can do wonders on this special night. :D I think my nails look so awful.): Is really hard to control my left hand and the colour just look ugly on my nails because I can't spread them evenly. But I think its okay. Who would go and look so closely at my nail huhuhuh!!?. haha.

I just had my medicine. Im glad, it's all getting better. Till now, I still hated the taste of the cough syrup. YUCK YUCK! I'd prefer chinese medicine. I would always pop in sweets after taking the syrup. It just feels so "EEWW"
Okay, I have been missing in action for 4 days! Well, work at the school bookshop have started since Monday, it has been going on quite smoothly so far. We've (jasmine and I) been listening to auntie's stories, gossipping. Yes, auntie is really a nice person to work with. She even provide free lunches. But today's business was bad bad bad. We were all bored to death. There was less than 10 customers today! How pathetic. But it was really easy money. All I have to do is to sit down and stare blank. After work at 3pm, dear junxiang and chanyee called us for a game of mahjong. haha. Of course we went! I like chan yee's new house. The old one was really tiny and cramp.
Im so happy. All the prom stuff are getting back on track. Most of the things are planned and done nicely. :D Well, I have to do my part now and do what's assigned for me. So, I'll say goodbye here. :D GOODNIGHT! |

This isn't so good.
I haven't been exercising for the past 6 months. So out of nowhere, I found the motivation to go running this morning. But it was rather futile. I was being knocked out after 3 rounds at the stadium. This is horrible! My head start throbbing like mad, so I decided I should stop here. I don't want to faint a second time. I have got to start training up now. tsk tsk. And wait till my hand fully recover, I shall learn tennis together with my aunt. She's such a keen learner in everything. I mean, she really displays that kind of 'embracing lifelong learning' haha.
Yeah. in about 10 days time, it's prom. And Im hunting for a pair of nice but not so expensive heels and prom dress. I don't see why I need to spend a bomb on things that I won't be using for long. Then I'll start practising at home with the pair of heels, for I don't want to fall on that day. It's going be the most embarassing and memorable prom night.
Here is a list of things I wish to do: - earn money!
- learn korean and Japanese languages
- start practising my guitar again
- rollerblade (I don't know if I still can)
- get all the prom thinggy over and done with
- buy everyone in the family something they wish for after getting my first pay. haha
- go Thailand
- buy a camera with my hard earned money
- buy a laptop (daddy, you're incharge!)
- buy an Ipod
- go to SS501 concert
- buy more clothings, shoes and accessories
- earn more money
- earn more more money
- earn more more more money
Afterall, everything goes back to money. Without money, I don't think I can achieve much from that to-do list. |

I really don't see where the problem lies? Don't tell me it's too expensive because its a bloody 5-star hotel. Not like we're conning your money! I really don't understand what's stopping you guys from going to Prom Night. And it somewhat, once in a lifetime thing. Omg, this really pisses me off. I mean, you guys are sure going to regret if you're not going! I swear!
Well, on a lighter note, I finish watching Hot Shot. Like what my friends said, yes, I think the ending really suck. But it's still fine. Currently, Im trying to finish Hana Yori Dango. (BOYS OVER FLOWERS--JAPANESE VERSION). The whole story plot is really similar to the korean's version. Afterall, I still prefer the Korean version, followed by Japanese's then Taiwan's. haha. You know, the characters inside can't match with the korean's, because there's Kim Hyun Joong. And I think their F4 are more dashing than all the other 2 versions.
I can't help it nowadays. Im becoming more and more like a PIG. I really hope I can go to work soon, because I want to earn a lot of money! And for no reason, I just want to have a lot of money. Partly, also to skip slacking at home, rotting like a fallen log. haha. One good thing for me, my aunt decided to employ me, and that means that I will be working at her pet shop on weekends. :D MORE MONEY! ( I sound so materialistic. hehe)
